  1. No pico is complete without a good tang collection 😁
  2. Nice list! Will you take cats in trade?
  3. You are developing some expensive tastes my friend! Hopefully you can find one and it takes off for you... that way I will know where to get one when I win the lottery πŸ˜€ Still looks pretty good in the more full spectrum pic.
  4. Great news! Always fun to have a new shop to explore and awesome to hear how the community is so supportive.
  5. Done - glad that option worked out for you.
  6. I heard that as well... wonder what the critical missing factor is. Seem to be filter feeders so you would think if you could get the food source correct they would make it. Then again, with the bevy of other inhabitants they showed, perhaps there is some symbiotic organism they are missing in captivity.
  7. I tagged the admins in the post above... one of them should be able to update.
  8. tagging our admins here in case they can update with a new link from Daniel @TheClark @Chief
  9. Congrats!! That "land otter" pose brought back some cat memories for me for sure.
  10. C'mon... I know there are folks out there with some super nice angels. Since I can't keep most of them it would be nice to see them here πŸ˜ƒ
  11. Nice to see some first hand reports! Dang Dodge, you have quite the frag collection going in those tanks! @Optimusprime3605 Would be curious to see two of those over my 6 foot 125 - thinking the overall shape will be advantageous for coverage of longer tanks vs. the V1. Glad to hear we might get a demo soon!
  12. Sounds like your crew could use some of that CBD for fish product you posted a while back πŸ˜ƒ
  13. That is some dedication right there. Well, that and wasted effort...
  14. Hey Jeremy... I see another project in your future! @TheClark
  15. Makes sense. At least that was predictable and you could proactively test/adjust your dosing (even without the automation πŸ€—). I will be curious how well you think the dosing control ends up integrating... you would hope well given it's all theirs and they have definitely spent some time on testing!
  16. We may need one of those. If it doesn't work for Brian I would be interested.
  17. Interesting data. Were these all taken at the same time of day? Any changes in husbandry or stocking coincide with any of the more significant swings (e.g. this March). Anyway, clearly you have a good reason to look into this option and I didn't mean to be overly critical... I do worry, however, that it could cause a bit of a rebound effect if one tries to "over manage" these parameters. Of course, I would love to know what caused the spike in my tank a while back!
  18. Just stuck mine in the mail. I noticed that the submit function on the sample registration page was still showing an in progress status last night so hopefully that actually made it through (forgot to check this morning). I saw it had a warning about possibly taking a while but I hadn't attached a photo so was expecting it to be quicker.
  19. Yeah - I admit to being a bit fascinated by the fascination here πŸ™‚ Sure it will automate and integrate (at some level) testing of a couple of parameters but, honestly, they aren't even ones that should fluctuate that much on an established system. I can see the value while you are dialing in a new system or you plan to be drastically altering demands in temporary housing situation but I wonder how many unintended consequences we will see as people (over) react to all the additional data. I could easily see people trying to get super granular with dosing etc. to try and eliminate small daily fluctuations and end up causing more problems then they are "solving". Chasing parameters of any sort tends to be counterproductive most of the time (with a few exceptions). I see the primary value in being an extra level of protection against "fault" caused swings such as miss-behaving dosers, malfunctioning reactors etc. - which is certainly worthwhile - but I worry that it will potentially facilitate some unproductive numbers chasing in many cases... probably just the cynic in me coming through though. πŸ˜€
  20. This is one of my candidates as well... couldn’t remember the name. πŸ‘
  21. I want that first piece 😍
  22. Hmm. Interesting question - not sure other than it would be a wrasse of some sort... I have had lots of favorites over the years and every time I see a new variant in the store I want to have one πŸ€— Haven't seen the Koi Tang before - definitely distinctive.
  23. Hey Brandon - is that the golden dragon lepto in that third pic down? I wouldn't mind a piece of that and the grape favia at some point (lost mine in the "big crash"). No rush... maybe just let me know if/when you get some spares.
