  1. If your washing machine is anywhere near this is a great solution for that piece of the puzzle.
  2. Thanks Kim! Now that I go back and look at the pics from May, things have really filled in a lot. Still trying to get some of the more challenging specimens dialed in but at least some of it is happy Hopefully I didn't jinx myself there...
  3. Just wanted to give Taylor a quick shout out here. I usually try and do my own work as much as I can but ran into an issue with several failed sensors and no garage or dry space to work in so decided to call in the cavalry. Taylor took care of everything I needed and was a pleasure to work with. I would definitely recommend checking him out if you run into an issue and can't afford to pay current PDX/Salem shop rates for repairs. Thanks Taylor!
  4. Thanks Roy! Still have a long ways to go to get to the level you and the rest of the pros are at (if ever) but it's encouraging just to see some things actually grow! Next step is getting the acros truly happy... (crosses fingers)
  5. Thanks! The montis and birds nests went crazy but some of the acros are starting to come around as well. Seems like they weren’t really happy until at least 8months in or so - they would survive but not thrive.
  6. Thanks Greg! Those are actually SB reeflights 32 pros with timers. There channel manually dimable but no ramping. I couldn’t find info on the ORs at the time - he was in hiatus or something. I know some of the large pieces in there are from your frags (orange cap?) so thanks again for getting me started! Yeah - the one fish Darcy really wanted was the Desjardin - well, that and the marine betta and the green coris and the jawfish 😄
  7. Funny - I got a new fragging kit as well! Guess Darcy is trying to tell me something - haha! I do need to do some trimming. Jeremevans - if you don’t need that Jason Fox certificate I could find a home for it 😄
  8. Thanks! You don’t really notice when you see it every day but it’s to the point where I badly need too trim some stuff as it’s shading other pieces.
  9. Well... at least it went to a good home. I just couldn’t find time to get over there.
  10. Indeed - Happy Holidays to all!
  11. Thanks Randall! I am really happy with it although I hardly ever have the panels on - always messing around in the sump 😄
  12. Ok... the holidays seem like a good time for some updated tank pics! Starting off with a FTS followed by a panoramic series - sorry, no fancy photo knitting at this point, just off my point and shoot.
  13. Thanks for sharing Miles - looks like quite the setup.
  14. Nice! I remember you scored one - good to hear he is doing well. Need some new pics!
  15. Those wrasses are so cool. Still haven't seen one in person - they always get snapped up before I get there.
  16. Maybe we can keep this thread going until the next one rolls around
  17. I know that cat thought process all too well!
  18. Woo whoo! We have water! Well... at least I think that's water Looks like the movers managed to get it in there in one piece anyway
  19. Thank Randall! So I guess it's relative to the output of the nonHD version of the light - which would be helpful to know if you are switching/adapting from one of those and trying to dial in the new one.
  20. OK... I have to be "that guy" and ask how one gets over 100%? What is this relative to? I (obviously) haven't set one of these up before so am probably asking a naive question (or a just plain stupid one).
  21. Hey Brad - you missed my b-day. I know I'm not Holly but I do hang out with her sometimes - does that count
  22. I had no idea this time of year was named after you! I should of realized of course...
  23. I was going to say resealing that with thickened cement/solvent would be pretty easy - did it for my refugium.
  24. Haha... like we actually need any more! You do have farther to travel though so I guess some extra motivation never hurts
