  1. Yeah those lightening clowns are sharp! I really like that rabbit as well...
  2. Sounds like a good upgrade path. There are typically lots of folk posting tanks/systems that would meet your needs and I'm guessing some will likely chime in here. I know one poster, Ron, has had multiple tanks listed that could work for you so maybe take a look through recent classified threads if you have some time. Good luck!
  3. Ah yes... the all pervasive Epic. Thankfully, we don't have to deal with it in the research world but it certainly controls pretty much everything happening on the clinical side of the operation. Money to be made in IT support for that platform to be sure.
  4. That is a sweet little combo for a compact space.
  5. Might want to keep an eye on Randall... I hear he likes to drive fast too ๐Ÿ‘€
  6. Nice little tank! Awesome to see something that size be so stable.
  7. Makes me wonder if we should start a new โ€œJudge Hollyโ€ section here on the board where you could handle a new reef-related dispute every week. For entertainment purposes only of course!
  8. From the look of the cars in your post you will likely need her sooner rather than later Randall!
  9. Haha! To be fair, I was looking to resurrect a different old thread (which I still havent found) but couldnโ€™t resist this one once I stumbled across it.
  10. How have I not seen this before! Good to see Holly entered in the style to which we have become accustomed! That reminds me... have we updated her b-day thread yet today???
  11. Hey Taylor - I wouldn't mind the echinata and the chalice if you thought you might be up our way at some point. If not no worries... I know your goal is to get the frag rack down sooner rather than later.
  12. Well... I'm a PhD neuroscientist so not much practical use to anyone. I do, however, know just enough about a lot of other things to be dangerous This reminds me of another neat thread we had going a while back that was about our non-reef related interests/skills (not necessarily work related). Might be nice to resurrect that one as well. (off to hunt it down)
  13. Very cool! Definitely surprising they made it that far but hopefully they are now past the point of looking like food to everyone else. Good luck!
  14. You folk all obviously have longer arms than I do. Glad you were able to rescue your saw and save the water.
  15. Thanks Nate! You still need to swing by for some frags when you get a chance.
  16. That's going to be a stretch!
  17. Happy birthday Matt and Daniel! Hope you both had a great day with many more to follow! Reminds me... I need to track down a piece of that orange envy on of these days (aptly named ๐Ÿ˜)
  18. Given that Holly has a year round b-day, she just had to learn to share with others ๐Ÿ‘
  19. Sounds like the West Coast starfish population may be making a comeback from the infamous wasting syndrome of 2013-14. I usually saw a couple examples when tide pooling in/around Newport (OR) the last few years but definitely seemed significantly depleted. Would be nice to see more/larger variety of specimens there again. http://www.oregonlive.com/today/index.ssf/2017/12/starfish_making_comeback_4_yea.html#incart_river_home_pop
  20. Haha! Preparing for snarky response in 3,2,1... ๐Ÿ‘€. I kid, I kid!
  21. Hmm. The head shape does seem different than a planaria - maybe a juvie nudibranch or aplysia of some sort? I usually wait for @badxgillen to weigh in on any ID... he is the pro.
  22. Shoot - if I would have known about these when I was down there ๐Ÿ™. Not that I have room for anything else!
  23. Very true. I have found that cats enjoy chewing on it however so best to make sure there arenโ€™t any tempting spots to grab onto.
