  1. Bummer you lost him. They had a small blue spot Tamarin there a while back that was stunning but I decided to pass after reading up on them - got way too big! Thanks! He seems to be settling in after a bit of wrasse "socializing". Funny which fish decide to take offense to which newcomers... ruby headed wrasse was all in the mystery wrasses face even though it ignored every other wrasse added to the tank. There are 8 wrasses in there now so not surprising there was a bit of adjustment. Sailfin tang which is the usual bully couldn't be bothered so that is good
  2. Haha! Thought of you when I saw the title but see you are already on it!
  3. Wait a second... what are you up to Holly? 😢 Congrats on the sale!
  4. Nice scores Brandon - thanks for sharing! I like how you just recently got your tank up and managed to snag some specimens I still don’t have a year and a half in!
  5. All for a good cause right? Glad you found some gems to bring home with you!
  6. Glad he was able to hook you up Greg! Definitely worth the trip to see some of the SPS and LPS that came in recently (if you haven't already).
  7. If Ron hasn't already snagged it, someone should consider this if they are looking for a good deal on a turn key setup. GLWS
  8. I saw one in a tank at C&C this weekend but not sure if it was for sale.
  9. Hmmm. Didn't think these were reef safe - where is your's Jeremy? BTW - there were some great wrasses there this weekend - beautiful pintail, some crazy colored lubbock's and several mystery wrasses (the one in the pic is now in my tank, thanks Jeff!).
  10. Yep! All of the above - thanks for giving a good synopsis Andrew.
  11. Yeah - my thought as well. Hopefully the clown grows really fast!
  12. Looking good Daniel! Got some nice acro colonies going now - nice to see some of the old ones making a comeback as well. I might be mistaken but I think I see a hungry crosshatch in one of those shots
  13. Looking good Scott! Yeah - I saw the black one yesterday at Cuttlefish - he still seems to be doing well so am guessing he is eating frozen now (didn't ask).

Beautiful! Love all the colors going on there. Let's hope it grows fast!
  15. Well, I wouldn't have expected the coral beauty to bother them either but it is a large fish for a 28 gallon regardless... even if it is a dwarf (all relative). I have had dwarf angels in several (larger) tanks and they never bothered their other tank mates but it is always a roll of the dice with any fish. Probably best to remove it and start over with some tank size sensitive choices. Lots of cool smaller fish out there that would do well in there.
  16. Clammity Jane (CJ for sort?) - will have to suggest that one to Darcy
  17. If enough people are on board I wonder if we should start a thread in the competition/growout forum for this? Sounds fun but I won't, unfortunately, have time.
  18. I like the changes Jeremy. Might consider putting those cabinets on the wall to the right of the door over the narrow frag tank so you can get to them all without having to go down different aisles ( if that makes sense). If you are like me, you will always be moving things around or forgetting where they are. Of course, you could put them on the back wall as shown and just get some extra exercise 😁 now that I think about it... that may interfere with your lighting so never mind πŸ™
  19. Sweet! Lots of great looking stuff! Really loving the last batch of acans I got and it looks like you added some more winners... plus a mystery wrasse! May have to come check out the bivalves... still haven't replaced Clamentine
  20. Really liking the way that stand is turning out. Loved the idea of the interlocking canopy and the enclosed end for plumbing so nice to see it come together.
  21. Bummer. Still fighting those? Hopefully you can get the upper hand soon.
  22. Someone just volunteered for my next drywall project 😎
  23. Hey Bill @Bicyclebill we need a pic of that beautiful blue face! (Even if it did turn out to be a coral bandit)
  24. BTW - are you thinking of using that rubber restaurant style matting on the floor? The rendering kind of looks like that and it would be a nice way to keep your feet out of the spills. You could just roll them up and take them outside to rinse off every once in a while.
