R-3
So Costco has a Vizio 42" 1080p for $600 right now (after a $100 off coupon). I looked at it in the store and it looked really good to me. Model # is VS420 I think. Does anyone have one of these TV's? Thanks
defigart
I dont have it but my exwifes mom and her husband do. They love it and when I was able to watch it I thought it looked great.
mltnguyen
I picked one of these up for my mother and father in-law for xmas and it is a good TV for the price. My son has had one for 3 years now and has not had any issues out of it. If you get a universal remote you might have problems finding the remote codes but other than that I have had no issues with ours. Also Visio guarantees no dead pixels. Nyles
I have one in our conference room, it seems ok.
SamatSLS
Unless it's 120HZ don't bother Ryan! Go to Video Only, (or you'll be sorry)
impur
They get good reviews. A 120hz is going to cost more, and i'm not sure you'll notice a difference unless you REALLY know what you are trying to look for.
Michael7979
It isn't HD either, I would assume.....
impur
a 1080p TV must be HD. You can't get 1080p from traditional programming.

R-3
Unless it's 120HZ don't bother Ryan! Go to Video Only' date=' (or you'll be sorry)[/quote'] Yeah I cant get a 120hz tv for $600. Im really not into my TV that much to spend 2 to 3 times as much for that. I watch a 9 year olf Samsung 54" right now that everyone says is too green. Doesnt bother me. I just figured I could sell the Samsung for 2-$300 and pay for half of the Vizio that it would be a smokin deal for me!

Nyles
I agree R-3, I can't even tell the dif from 120 hz and 60.
andy
I've heard that most people can't tell the difference between 720 and 1080. Dunno if it's true, but since this is the internet I thought I'd pass it on anyways.

R-3
I think till March? They will give you the coupons. If you are a member they should send it to you. Im trying to think TV or Bobs zoas
ThePremiumAquarium
Bobs zoas are the better deal imo. I frequently come across 1080p plasmas for $6-$700. Ask a Best Buy associate or manager if they have any at risk plasmas or LCD's that they are willing to sell at a killer price. Don't tell them I sent you but trust me, it is worth checking in to. SamatSLS
I spend 100 more than this and got a 42" Toshiba Regza 1080P 120Hz at Video Only. Not 2-3x as much. Just go there or you will be sorry like the commercial says.
