ZillSS
Hi I'm new here. I did some reef tank stuff about 15 years ago but fell away from the hobby. I just got a 6g tank and am currently cycling some rock. I purchased a couple of small DC pumps and am making a wave controller for them. The hardware is done but need to spend a few days working on the program. I haven't decided about what light to get yet, either a diy or NICREW 30". I'm still thinking about livestock. I'll post more Pics as this project progress's

ZillSS
I just ordered a bunch of 3w leds from aliexpress. 12 Royal Blues, 4 395nm Purple, 4 neutral white. and 4 buck convertors. I won't need all that much light but I will be able to adjust brightness. Whites, Purple will have separate driver boards. Hooked to a arduino I'll be able to turn on the white, blue, purple all seperate. Cost $25 plus some aluminum
