nyoder23
Scratch trying to sell the Kenya. I have also have two green star polyp frags for $10.00 ea. I was told this was a fair price for these.
aquariansaltwater
Hey man...Honestly, post them on CL for that and you may sell them. On here those are both basically weeds. They are both super easy and invasive. 99% of the people on here fight to keep both those species out of their tanks. Good luck on your sale. nyoder23
Yes that is a good point. I agree. I have alot of the kenya tree and just want a few of them. Thanks for the info though.
Drew
IMO kenya tree isn't worth selling. I couldn't even give it away when it started going nuts in my tank.
Emerald525
LOL I couldn't give away GSP or kenya tree. They are wonderful beginner corals though they just grow like weeds.
Lowman
Put them in your refugium if you have one. They both will take nitrates out of your system.
pnkrcklives
Good idea Lowman I have been pitching mine in the trash can(kenya tree). Time to weed the garden again.
Gill
I don't know, someone new to the hobby might be really happy to buy those frags :-) I love gsp personally, simply putting it on the sand should keep it from getting out of control.
Drew
If anyone local has gsp to chuck ill take some. Local stores want to much and I was to grow some on my overflow box Sent from my Ally using Tapatalk
Algae
I thought it was part of the policy to not criticize price or quality of items placed in classifieds? I can see this as being very discouraging to new hobbyists. Besides, octocorals can be very pretty as long as well controlled. After all, they will not cover a football sized rock when you turn your back to tell your kid to eat her food.
CrazyInside
I'm also a fan of a nice secluded gsp rock.. it's like a yard to your reef lol. But I agree with Drew... some lfs think gsp is gold lol
littlenano
I saw a very cool tank once that the whole back wall was GSP. I loved it! GSP happens to be one of my favorites, it is a beautiful waving lawn in the ocean simple and pretty. I can never get the lawn in the front yard to look that nice. I too would be happy to get some from anyone in our area that is overrun with it. LPS wanted way too much for it when I looked at it 2 days ago
nyoder23
Wow I really missed a whole lot while at work today. I didn't think this stir up some talk. But yes this stuf to me is pretty. I had about 15lbs of rock covered with the star polyp and it was very beautiful.
