OwenReefin
BRS has a lifetime warranty. I am very happy with BRS, but they both look ok.

cellowithgills
Purewaterclub.com I have the 150 gpd unit and it works great. Holy crap, those are great deals. How long have you had it? How many gallons does the membrane do?
NoobtoSalt
I think I've had mine for about 5 months now. I think they recommend to replace the membrane every couple of years with regular use. Been awhile since I've researched it. My filters are still clean and you can't even tell it has been used.

cellowithgills
I've always heard that your DI should be vertical. Anybody know if it makes a big difference?

cellowithgills
What's the benefit of getting multiple DI canisters?
JonBoy
I just ordered a 5 stage from BRS so i dont have much insight on them but check with Garrett before you order, he can get good deals from BRS most of the time. I dont believe multiple DI canisters are really necessary unless your tds is very high.
ReefSafari
I have the basic economy 4 stage unit from BRS, it was very easy to hook up, I have it setup in the laundry room and have it comming off the outlet for the washer, it was VERY easy to setup and use. I have been happy with mine. http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/store/75-gpd-ro-di-4-stage-economy-system.html Most of the 5 stage ones either have an extra Carbon or DI that make up the 5th stage right? I figured a 4 stage was better than nothing...
cellowithgills
So is everyone saying BRS because that's what they have or because they think it's the better deal? My thinking is that even if I buy a cheaper system, I can still use quality membranes.
