Broken Calcium Reactor- options

I busted the following piece of my calcium reactor.

I dont really feel like paying 65 bucks for PVC.

Does anyone know of an epoxy or glue that is strong as well as water tight? It appears to be a clean break, so that should help.

Another option would be to dose Kalk for a while. Is it ok to put Kalk in your ATO water?

Perhaps it would be better to bite the bullet. Any help appreciated.

Thats CPVC i think you are talking about reef165 :)

Dan they make a multipurpose glue that i like to use. Its sold with the PVC glue, but it works on ABS, CPVC, PVC, and pretty much all other plastic type piping in houses now days. Its sets up hotter, so it can melt all types of plastic pipe. I'd give that a try or try some weldon 16 like suggested above.
