Algae
Anyone running Korallin Fiji Purple T5's? Supposed to boost red/blue spectrum. Any experiences?
madmike
I run one in my 6 bulb ATI fixture. I like the colors so far, reds and pinks look much nicer IMO
Saltfinsax
I run one row on mine as well. With T5's you may as well go for as much color bonus as you can, thats the plus with the T5's. You might not see it as much with all the lights on, but when it goes to evening actinic then the corals just pop.

Algae
I just got the Korallin Fiji Purple tonight along with a UV Actinic White. I was running 4 ATI Blue Plus and 2 10k lights. I liked the Blue+ but it was turning some of the green into a yellow/green and making purple into a brown. It is also very blue which I happen to like in moderation. Replaced the 10k's with a Fiji Purple, and a UV Actinic White. The green is back to where it should be. Strangely the red has not changed. The pink is starting to pop. I will use something of the same combo on my 8 bulb fixture I think. Really enjoy working off the ATI Blue + as a base but it does need modification in the form of supplements. i run one also on my 4 bulb set up and it good with alot of blue bulbs other wise it looks weird lol
