moovinfast
Since our carpet anemone looks like its going to outgrow our tank, Ive been keeping my eye open for a larger tank on a budget. I found a deal on a 240 gallon tank (4x4x2), but it turned out to only be 1/2" acrylic. And now its posted up for $400 more than it was first listed. I really like the 4' tanks. Anyone have any leads on a decent used 4x4x2 tank?
moovinfast
Well turns out I got a email back from the guy and he said it might be 3/4. He thinks it was measured wrong. But haven't heard back from him. So probably not looking good.

NoobtoSalt
Not sure how much of a drive you want to do but I found this on Spokane's craigslist. http://spokane.craigslist.org/for/1715705448.html Good luck
moovinfast
Spokane is a little far... And Envision is a good idea, but we're looking for a used tank as to keep the cost down.

moovinfast
So I'm thinking about that 4x4x2 240 up in seattle, but there is also a 8' 240 around here for about half the cost with a stand. Which would make a better reef tank? Does anyone know of any better deals on a large 200 gallonish tank?
Michael7979
I have an 8' 240g tank. I really like it but the only bummer is I wish it had more room 'front-to-back'. But overall I like it!
