Twitterbait Posted April 9, 2010 Share Posted April 9, 2010 well then... i think that Australia needs to make the fine large enough to make the insurance company think twice. and then ban that company from their waters for a while. maybe confiscate the Shen Neng 1 and its cargo as well.
