You may never get it He will most likely get it, if not PayPal will refund, but 1st thing I saw was "Hong Kong" and as general rule NEVER buy from anyone that is not shipping from the US. I've been doing eBay as a seller for nearly 5 years out of the 9 I've been there. I dont buy international and I never ship international-Trouble just waiting to happen-% wise if you are going to get burned its from an overseas seller-FYI I bought a used Marine Pinpoint PH monitor delivered for 35.00 a few weeks back-works great and I saw a few listed this morning.
