undrtkr_00
Looks really good, man. Those red shrooms are pretty stunning, if not quite SPS. (whistle) I don't see any yellow monti digi in there - let me or dsoz know if you want some. Mine has grown pretty substantially, and the color is really pretty brilliant. Actually, you have room for some encrusting montis, too - fill out the bases of all those brightly colored sticks!

Thanks for the pic.(clap)
finch6013
In reality its not quite that blue, but it still has a nice blue color with the actinics. I think my 14k with actinics is about like a 20k only it seems that I have more light.
CA2OR
Calvin brought me a used Pheonix 14k and I have noticed the same thing I have really liked it. I can't wait to get a new bulb

kilmca
WOW, very nice! You are using a DSLR to take these pics, right?
finch6013
ya. I was using our 35mm 1.8 lense though so it doesn't look as good as it could if I had used one of our other lenses. the 35mm we have is what my wife uses for doing portraits and other client shoots and its a fixed zoom. Mandinga
Finch, what kind of skimmer were you using? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
finch6013
Never thought I'd see this thread come back. I was using a sapphire aquatics skimmer made for the solana. The thing worked great. I'm not sure if they still make them anymore, seams like I heard somewhere that sapphire dropped the line when the economy tanked. I'd recommend tracking one down or looking into a Tunze 9002 as well.
