lancecobb1
I just got 4 t5 bulbs for my tank...I will be replacing 4 out of 8 bulbs. I was wondering how I should acclamate the critters to the new bulbs? Add a new bulb every couple of days? Put them all in and reduce my LIGHTS ON time and gradually bring it back up? I am kinda lost. Thanks in advance!
ThePremiumAquarium
Lance, I think you will be fine since you are only changing out half of the bulbs. I have never had a problem just swapping out bulbs. Corals should all adjust quite well. Garrett
finch6013
I did a bulb change with all of my bulbs when I ran t5's and the corals actually looked better when I changed them. I dont think they need to acclimate as much as some think. Unless you are changing wattage or type of lighting
