Isaac
I have been reading about horror stories regarding redbugs. And now the latest one is LPS eating black bugs. I would like to be prepared with a treatment or possible coral dip if anything comes up. The treatment for both red bugs and black bugs calls for "Milbemycin Oxime". A common brand is Interceptor for de-worming dogs. It requires a prescription and I have had trouble getting one. Our regular vet thinks I'm crazy. Anyone on here a veterinarian? stylaster
i think that would be a good thing to have on hand just incase, if you do find someone who sells some i would be happy to split cost with you on a package

Isaac
Even if I can get Pickle a prescription for Interceptor the dose would be really low because she's only a 10 pounder.
RoseCityAquarium
I'll trade you for a piece of your new chalices, just kidding, I bought a 12 month supply for the dogs and I can sell you a few, they were pretty cheap. Nick
pledosophy
You can order it online from out of the country. Canada is popular. I do so with many medications for fish that are not "legal" for me to have without a prescription.

Isaac
Interceptor is a common treatment in a reef system. No one wants to obtain this illegally. My intent was to find a vet that could prescribe this medicine for my tank and for others.
